The Stella House is located in central Flagstaff with walking distance access to downtown, grocery stores, parks, and walking trails.  Our large rock private home sits on the corner of Navajo and Ft. Valley Road.  The Stella House has been recently renovated using low VOC paint, low-water natural landscaping, original hard wood floors, as well as recycling as much of the original house as possible.

Our home is kid safe with a large fenced-in back yard.  A large concrete slab allows kids a safe

place for fun activities.  There is a crib and changing table, if needed.

ACTIVITIES

Activities in the area, stuff to do and experience

Arizona Snow Bowl ski resort is just 7 miles up Fort Valley/Hwy 180. The Nordic Center offers groomed cross-country trails. Because Flagstaff is located in a prime location in Northern Arizona, you can make a day of visiting the Grand Canyon, Oak Creek Canyon, Cliff Castle Casino, Native American museums, Sedona, Williams, and other historic towns. The Flagstaff Urban Trails System, a city-wide network of non-motorized, shared-use pathways that are used by bicyclists, walkers, hikers, runners, and other users for both recreation and transportation, is accessible within a quarter of a mile down Navajo Road.

The trails around Flagstaff offer superb mountain biking and road riding for all

skill levels.

TESTIMONIALS

What our guests say:

Excellent property with plenty of space, walk in shower in the basement, nearby park and pond, and excellent communication with the owner.

This was perfect for 3 families to enjoy. Plenty of space, especially having the basement for the kids! We really enjoyed ourselves 🙂

This house with a full basement is always our go to when we come to Flagstaff. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and great deck out back. We like to be able to walk to Thorp Park. Kitchen is fully stocked. Lots of space for multiple families. Thanks again Joyce!

Joyce was an amazing communicator! The house was impeccably clean when we arrived. Location was perfect and within walking distance to down town. Beautiful deck on back porch where you can watch the sunset. A great stay where memories where made for us!

We stayed here with another family to make a total of 4 adults and 6 kids ages 2-11. It was perfect for our needs! Plenty of space, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and everything we needed. Our kids were very sad to leave and are already asking if we can come back. The hosts were fabulous and have thought of everything! Perfect central location.

NICOLE W.

We were two families travelling together, and the set up of this house was perfect for us -- one family stayed downstairs and shared one bathroom, and the other family stayed upstairs and shared the 2nd bathroom. While this is an "older" home (nothing negative or critical about that), it has been fabulously updated, and is THE CLEANEST VRBO I've ever stayed in -- it was meticulously clean! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices and oil and dishes and pans and anything (other than food, of course) that we needed! LOTS of extra towels and linens. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were amazing! The back patio was a lovely place to have coffee in the morning and offered extra space to sit and eat.

We would stay here over and over again if we were in the area, and I HIGHLY recommend it!!!
